RON CORVUS TALKS HARDCORE WRESTLING, HEALTHCARE + more

heroin – seen it and today my guest is Bruce who’s going to have a match for hardcore title tonight at iwf danger zone tonight your head match for the it’s like a rematch because he’s for my title from in Budapest oh it’s the second time third time in Russia first time I was in both places was really cool fans are cool everything so I like I feel like it’s been kind of discussed topic recently when more if it gets in TV coverage to stuff like that what made you decide to start doing hardcore matches or was it just a thing that kind of took you by storm and just like you said it took me by storm you know they just put me a couple times in hardcore matches and I was successful just enjoy it I was beating up the device using everything I like putting people through tables and beating that with everybody no I just enjoy it that’s it and I think I became one of the best hardcore guys in Europe you know you can check that match we don’t work only on boards you know it was one of my best hardcore matches even I lost that match but hello and do you feel like hardcore wrestling should be perceived as a completely separate genre of wrestling I think every resting show you know they should just give the people what they need you know technical rusty they need some comedy but there are sometimes will of hardcore wrestling so they should get into okay so I might go but I feel like when we’re talking about hardcore wrestling or Wisconsin conversation you think Japan and you think America but we don’t you think Europe but as far as don’t you three in America right yes was it I trained you to watch someone’s without for the world so modern there was nothing hardcore applied when I returned back home to Hungary like I said they just put me to match cover hardcore matches and I was successful and do you like hardcore wrestling in Europe is something that right now on par with Americans who I Korres think or is there still a way to me not really you know not not many promotions in Europe making hardcore matches anymore because everybody wants to get you know into the bigger scenes like NXT UK or here so they don’t like hardcore stuff you know and people the wrestlers they usually just want to if they want to get there they have to another thing that I asked reference to a quite currently is well actually some people have corrected me and some people say that in Japan hardcore wrestling is mainstream which is arguable but do you like hardcore wrestling could be mainstream in America or Europe or anywhere could it be broadcast on TV could it be I’m not sure about this that stuff is not really for TV you know specially if the TV program is you know the kids can watch depends there are some levels of hardcore wrestling yeah some stuff can be shown on TV but something is just too much and it’s some level like I’ve said for some levels are not for kids you know and another question that is arguable do you feel like there is a line between classic hard courts and hardcore it’s like ultra violence or isn’t just situational because some people like to separate hardcore S&M yeah and where’s the light what determines an ultra violence match terms of body depends on that happens the wrestlers using you know tables others candlesticks some stuff are even okay for TV but the other stuff like light tubes or razor blades or thumbtacks is not that bad but the other if I just mentioned they are too much 14 I think is there a weapon that you would never agree to be using you I don’t know there was not too many weapons that I said don’t use it you know I had thought that slide – I had fire I even had some weird weapon it was it was sticking on the boards but I don’t know how how was the name it was almost like nails full of it and I took a dump on it I had one hour work when they told me okay this will be the finish and I had one hour I said okay give me a minute let’s do it so I did – maybe the bonfire you know if it’s really thick and everything maybe that’s too much because that’s ripping your skin yes that was only used once in Hungary and that was handy I think that was the only deathmatch on the boards in whole Europe oh oh this health concerns are injuries but other things are for example white chips they’re poisonous like mercury and do you think that there should be certain rules only how to use them or what where you can use them or isn’t just that user assessment we have Spencer’s take that risk in just a minute I like using light tubes looks good it sounds good and they consume very many many many places you know so the match looks good with it but I also have the guess what comes from it I one time I read Tommy Dreamer was writing and probably Instagram that we all should stop the light because of the poison and stuff so I I agree with him maybe a couple times sometimes you know if you feel like it’s not good for us and also the topic of hell do you think that it’s a feasible near future reality that it could become a requirement for wrestlers or hardcore source in particular to be like say tested before the matches or – you mean like yes we should be tested all the time actually all the schedules the instances were yes that should be easily if there’s no stability of the world the press and then the whole to take care of the helpful independent rasa wrestling organization should just take care of it and just ask the president go to the doctor before the show so let’s wrap up with the question that I asked well virtually everyone which is a bit cliche but I like this question because it’s kind of let’s means your minds a little bit if you’ll be some travel the world you’ve performed in many places and you are here right now in Russia and is there a place a city or venue that’s on your bucket list and that you would love to perform well you know I’ll be 45 in January so there’s much I can do I mean there are some places I’m sure I cannot go like a WWE have to work for them but I would still love to go to Japan for so much as you mentioned even hardcore matches or in Asia you know I wrestled in 14 countries in Europe and including Russia and other places made I was in Jordan I’m going to Israel this year the US I only trained after the training because of is visa issues I couldn’t return so I hope the time expired after 11 years so I can return to the US and have some matches there and that’s it well we’re going to enjoy your mate tonight you and thank you for being here thank you very much thank you guys so much for watching give us either like if you had the good sign subscribe follow on social media I’ll put links in this bungalow and goodbye [Music]
